Garage Build & Conversion - Skellingthorpe, Lincoln.
This Build and Conversion was a turnkey project, which was fully completed within 4 weeks. By obtaining an exact brick match, the aesthetics was matched and a continuity was maintained with the build.​

The Conversion allowed the client to have the much needed office space whilst still allowing them to have the garage space.
Retaining Garden Wall - Located off Brant Road, Lincoln
This Retaining Wall consisted of demolishing the existing garden wall and rebuilding a new retaining wall in keeping with the aesthetics of the house bricks. Utilising the area, we removed 1 set of steps to maximise the paved area the best we could, still allowing access to the garden.
Renovation - Located off Wragby Road, Lincoln.
This project design allowed the existing load bearing walls to be removed, installing 3 steel beams and 1 steel post to allow for the kitchen and dining area to be full open planned.

A new block wall was built to divide the new utility room from the kitchen, with a doorway leading from the hallway.

Porch Build | Renovation & Conversion - Sudbrooke, Lincoln.
This project consisted of building a New Porch, knocking out the downstairs toilet and creating a wider living room by installing Steel Beams.

​The existing garage was fully converted to incorporate a new downstairs toilet, and storage room.
(Some Internal Works was undertaken by the Client)
Concrete Base | Log Cabin - Sleaford, Lincolnshire.
This project was turned around over the duration of 2 days for the base.​
​
The shed was taken down, the old base fully broken out and a new concrete base poured to allow for a new log cabin.
Brick Wall & Fencing - Monks Road, Lincoln.
We rebuilt 2 pillars and a dividing wall between the property due to the existing wall being unsafe.
​
The pier caps were re used which kept the character of the wall, finishing off with a Western Red Cedar gate and fence.
Lime Render - Drury Lane, Lincoln & Burton Road, Lincoln.
The internal render was removed due to incorrect materials being used. All affected walls were stripped back to brickwork and a Breathaplasta Adaptavate Universal was applied. ​

This is a lime render suitable for most period properties with lime mortar, where no cavity is present. This allows the substrate to breath.
Conservatory Roof Replacement - Birchwood, Lincoln.
We completely stripped the old polycarbonate roof and upgraded the roof to a warm roof, with insulation in-between the rafters and plastering the internal.
Ground Floor Renovation - Carholme Road, Lincoln.
This was a turnkey project which was undertaken over a 4 week duration from start to completion.

Due to severe ongoing damp issues, we excavated the ground floor and re constructed the floor as a solid construction with hardcore, sand blinding, dpm, concrete, dpm, insulation, dpm and screed.
​
We undertook a full injected DPC to the perimeter, re rendering the internal walls in lime, all skirting boards fitted with new carpets throughout the ground floor.
Window Feature Panel - Cherry Willingham, Lincoln.
Here we removed the old UPVC cladding and replaced this with a lovely aesthetically pleasing brick slip feature.
Re - Roof | Navenby, Lincolnshire.
Here we have undertaken a re - roof using new terracotta pan tiles.
Fireplace Renovation - Scampton, Lincolnshire.
This fireplace transformation is beautiful!
Retaining the original bricks, we carefully rebuilt the unstable arch adding in some reinforcement bars for added strength.
New Porch - Birchwood, Lincoln.
The old porch was fully removed due to a vehicle crashing into it.
We replaced this with a like for like porch.
Fence Replacement - Middle Rasen, Lincolnshire.
After storm damage, we removed and disposed the old fence and replaced this fully with new concrete posts, gravel boards and panels.
Driveway Renewed - Cherry Willingham, Lincoln.
We removed the existing driveway slabs, and replaced them with new slabs, continuously down the middle. This allowed our clients to still use the driveway for their car and also allowed them to safely move their bins without getting stuck on the edges of the existing slabs.
